We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, at our discretion.
Products & Natural Variation
Our products are made from real wood. That means:

These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Product Use
Our products are intended for decorative and light-use purposes (such as gift tags, bookmarks, and keepsakes).
They should be handled with reasonable care and kept away from excessive moisture or force.

Orders are processed once payment has been received in full
Our online store is hosted on Wix, which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers integrated with Wix. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected misuse of the site.
In some cases, you may receive an order confirmation email before an order is fully accepted. Final acceptance occurs when the order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping
Shipping within Canada is included in our product pricing for standard delivery.
Orders are typically processed within 2 - 5 business days.
For most small orders, we ship using standard Canada Post letter mail. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
For larger orders, or where appropriate, we may use tracked or courier services at our discretion - at no additional cost to you.

Once an order has been shipped, WoodWords is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier. That said, if something goes wrong, please reach out - we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery

Include a photo of the item and packaging
Items sent via untracked mail cannot be guaranteed, but we will review each situation and respond fairly.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

Where a clear and reliable source is available, it has been used. Where attribution is less certain, we have relied on the most widely accepted references.
If you believe a quotation has been incorrectly attributed or presented, we welcome your input and will review and update future editions where appropriate.

WoodWords is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
